Section 1: Agreement to Terms and Conditions

By accessing, installing, or playing the Slots Era mobile application (the "Application"), you ("User", "You") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement").

Virtual currency earned or purchased through the Application has no monetary value outside of the Application and cannot be redeemed for cash. You understand that all transactions involving virtual currency in the Application are not regulated by any gaming commission and are considered taxable income as per applicable laws.

Section 7: No Real Money Wagering

We do not permit you to bet with real money or make wagers on games within the Application that would give rise to any actual liability for winnings. Any reference in this Agreement to "winnings" means virtual currency earned through gameplay.

Section 8: Wagering Limitations

We reserve the right to implement wagering limitations, including deposit limits and self-exclusion features. If you choose to utilize such tools or features, please be aware that these will not necessarily prevent losses but may help manage your gaming behavior.

Section 9: Responsible Gaming

You acknowledge that there is a risk of addiction associated with participating in our Social Casino games. You agree to use the Application responsibly and seek assistance if you feel you are becoming addicted or having trouble controlling your participation within the Application.

Section 10: Technical Requirements

To access, install, or play the Application, you must have a device that meets our minimum technical requirements as specified in the relevant app stores (e.g., Google Play Store).

Section 11: Data Protection

We collect certain information about Users to enhance gameplay and provide services. This data will be handled in accordance with applicable laws regarding privacy protection.

Section 12: Warranty Disclaimer

The Application, including all content and materials contained within it, are provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.

Section 13: Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that we will not be liable for:

• Any losses or damages resulting from your participation in our Social Casino games;
• The accuracy or completeness of information provided within the Application;
• Any unauthorized access to User account data; and
• Any errors or bugs within the Application.

Section 14: Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed according to, applicable laws of Canada. All disputes arising hereunder will be resolved in accordance with these laws.

Section 15: Changes to Agreement

We reserve the right at any time, without notice or obligation:

• To add, delete, or change features and functionalities within the Application; and
• To update or change this Agreement as a whole.

Section 16: Entirety

This Agreement embodies all agreements between us regarding use of the Application and supersedes any prior understandings or written communications, whether digital or paper-based.
